UAW Local 3000 represents a diverse group of over 2,500 members at 7 different facilities, Ford- Flat Rock Assembly, International Quality Control, USA Sorters, Manheim Auto Auction, American Building Maintenance, Dakkota Integrated Systems, Kirchhoff Automotive and S’Drol Metals.

I believe that Community Involvement is an important part of Local 3000’s foundation. Throughout the 30 years of our existence, our membership prides itself on giving back to Schools, Charities, Civic Organizations and Needy Families. Our activists and various committees continue to tirelessly volunteer and make a difference.

With an emphasis on organizing, education, and protecting workers rights we hope to continue growing our membership. Solidarity brings strength and tenacity brings gains. We are committed to our members. We strive to uphold every contractual item, from wages to safety and everything in between. We work hard and will continue to do so because WE are the UAW!
